Wrightsville Beach Weather/Surf: Cloudy. Areas of fog early this morning. Patchy drizzle early this morning…then isolated showers this afternoon. Highs in the mid 60s. North winds around 5 mph…becoming east this morning… then increasing to south 10 to 15 mph this afternoon. Chance of rain 20 percent. Clean, knee-high waves in the am. Seas are ESE 2 feet at 8 sec

Cold Stroke Classic: Elite Mens results to be released today. Conditions were insane. There were tons of DNFs (bigtime pats on the back for anyone who got in the water) and paddlers who only did one of the two laps. More info to follow.
