Mark Johnson from Hobie SUP talks about the new RAW line of Stand Up Paddle Surf Boards (SUP)

I caught Mark Johnson at Surf expo. He walked me through the RAW line of Stand Up Paddle Surf Boards (SUP) they’re making with Colin McPhillips. They have no color, are light and strong with no stringer, but carbon strips on the top and the bottom for strength and to control flex. They are 2+1 setups on all the SUP surf boards. Jason at Sidearm had one out the other day and won’t stop jaw-ing about it.
