Completing the CHATTAJACK 2015, and making the world championship team for Moscow in Dragonboats again…Nice to come back stronger at 51, and make the team again!
Tell us about the best friend(s) you made through SUP.
This community is my Ohana, my life, my love. My husband and I have enjoyed crossing over from cycling in 1996. We were both alternates to the 1996 Olympic Games in track cycling. We met at Olympic Trials in 1996 and the rest is history!! We have enjoyed 20 years of a paddling Ohana, and now, I have great new friends from SUP this past year!! The Chattanooga paddling pack is a great group of paddlers that are dear to my heart, Adam Boothby, Dottie B. Hodges, Hal Turner. I met Shawna De Valle last year and we trained for Chattajack 2015! She is amazing, my soul sista siren on the water. I so love love the 100/100 paddler community (on Facebook), it’s true Ohana!!
